Registration and travel costsRegistrationThe lectures of the Dutch Master's Programme in Mathematics are open to all students who are registered in a master's program in mathematics at one of the Dutch universities. There is no additional registration fee and students do not have to register at the universities where the courses will be given. You can find the Registration Form in the menu at the top of this page. See also the section Roll call in HIFI. PhD students Travel costsWe urge students to apply for a "week OV-studentenkaart", because our Programme has limited means for reimbursing travel expenses. Only students who have a 'weekend OV-studentenjaarkaart' or NS reduction card ('Voordeelurenkaart') and students without any reduction card can claim their travel expenses. The following rules apply to the reimbursement of travel expenses:
It is advisable to claim the travel expenses about once a month, so that your bills will not incur. You can find the Reimbursement Forms in the menu at the top of this page. Please note that the amount you apply for is not higher than 500 euro per reimbursement form. A second reimbursement form from the Radboud University should also be filled out. Please be sure to fill out both forms and include original proof of payment taped on an A4 sheet. Both forms are to be send to the secretary. It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to get your refund. | ||||||||||||||||
